St. Paul, Minn.: F. Jay Haynes. Good. 1904. Set of 52 playing cards plus 1 instruction card housed in the inside sleeve of the original red card box (card box is missing the outside sleeve with the publisher's information). Cards are gilt on edges and have color image of a geyser on the front surrounded by a blue and gold border. The card box is cracked along one edge and has moderate rubbing. Cards have light soiling. Missing the joker card. Overall good. Published by F. Jay Haynes, official park photographer at Yellowstone with his photographs illustrating each card. Illustrations on the cards depict Old Faithful, the East Entrance to Golden Gate, the Lake Hotel, a Park stagecoach, the Paint Pots, the Excelsior Geyser and other points of interest in the Park. ; 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" .
