Toronto: McLeod & Allen Publishers, (1913). First Canadian edition. Crown octavo, red T cloth stamped in gilt on spine and front board, pp. 396; frontispiece and six other black and white illustrations by F.C. Yohn [all present]. BAL notes a publisher's statement that 100,000 copies of the American edition were printed. This Canadian edition would have been published in much smaller numbers. Damp has lightly stained page margins at the top of the text block, modern bookplate on front free endpaper, else very good and bright. No dust jacket..
