London: Faber & Faber, 1964. Hardcover. Red boards with gold lettered spine in the original Faber design dustwrapper.96 pages. 5 X 7 .5 inches. The dustwrapper has a small irregular area of damage to the front panel's lower edge resulting in a lost fragment from the lower edge, with a smaller ares of fraying caused to the cloth beneath, also there is a small worn patch on the surface of the spine. There is a small booksellers label : "WM.Fogerty, British Guiana" on the edge of the front free endpaper, and an illustrated presentaion label from The Demerera Bauxite Company on the front pastedown. In all other respects both book and dustwrapper are very good indeed, the dustwrapper is unclipped with the original 16s net price intact on the corner of the front flap. The dustwrapper is in a clear removeable cover, a small area photocopied from the wrapper is inserted beneath the area of loss, matching in colour as a cosmetic remedy.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Very Good.
