Title page reads "The Most Picturesque Section of The Over Hills of Ottary, to Those Who Seek Health, Pleasure or Profit, We Would Commend the Careful Perusal of this Souvenir Booklet". This fascinating booklet contains no publish date, but the date on a map of downtown is dated 1907. The paper cardstock cover is in textured brown paper with gold and black lettering and ornamentation on the cover. Bound by two staples at the spine. Contents include an overview of Hendersonville, distances to points of interest in and around Hendersonville from the courthouse, prominent points in view from Hendersonville, "Friendly and Church Societies", and a directory of hotels and boarding houses. Heavily illustrated with many pictures of Hendersonville and various landmarks during the early 20th century in black and white. Unpaginated. 30 pages. <br><br>CONDITION: Overall VG. Mild wear and in very nice condition for its age in a paperback. Light crease down the center. Completely unmarked with no foxing. A marvelous, rare copy with a pictorial history of Hendersonville.
