London: Thomas Nelson,, 1968. First edition, first impression. With a signed presentation inscription from the artist on the title page, "For Susan & Donald, with love from Henry, Christmas 1969." Quarto. Original brown cloth, titles to front cover and spine in white, black silhouette to front, back and spine. Housed in the original cloth slipcase with pictorial overlay. Illustrated throughout, including many full page photographs by Hedgecoe. Book lightly rubbed, slipcase lightly worn to the head and foot of the entry point.
