History commissioned by the leading Australian publishing company for its 150th anniversary; it entered receivership on the eve of that event. 8vo, red cloth with gilt lettering on spine, pink end papers, corners sharp, two small damp-stains to front board at bottom, pages bright and unmarked.

Shipping charge may be reduced on some books weighing less than 1 lb to U.S. addresses. International Priority shipping charges may be reduced on books that fit in a USPS small flat-rate box.
