Spine has had some light dampness and so red bleed from book to jacket. Book has red cloth covered boards w/ two revolutionary war soldiers embossed on front & title on spine. Bottom front corner next to spine has a slight bleed/fade. Top edge dyed blue by printer. Fore/bottom edges uncut. Light corner bump bottom rear corner. Map endpapers. Half title signed by author. Dedication page has a pasted in 1" x 3" card (santa ) w/ 1942 gift inscription.
