VG/Good-VG. 14 Cms x 22 Cms. xvii+427, 12 text figs; faint browning to inner halves of outward sides of endpapers, v.faint hint of edge browning throughout but this will be common to most copies, o/w clean, tight & unmarked in clean barely worn covers - just hint of sp.end rubbing & gilt sp.lettering dull in places; jacket unclipped & generally clean but sl.rubbing to top edge, sl.browning to edges and sp.has a scatter of sm.brown markings as well as being a little darkened, even so it remains well above average. A very useful historical review from antiquity onwards. Note: quoted shipping rates are calculated for 500-700 gram net weight, cost will be modified up or down as appropriate outside this range.
