Laid in is a folded copy of the 12-page offprint, the first separate edition of the history, from the February, 1945, issue of the "Southern Association Quarterly" (OCLC locates but two copies of the offprint: Virginia Historical Society, Virginia). Very good. Original green decorated wrappers (somewhat faded), stapled. (10891).
