Laurence Oxley. Hants. 1977. Size 9.25 x 11.25 inches. In brown cloth covers with gilt to spine and front and silhouette to front. In very good condition. Spine slightly faded. Small mark to bottom edge. Else a clean and tight copy. 317pp. With 17 b/w plates. Facsimile reprint of book originally published in 1860. Still considered the most informative book on the old capital, it deals at length with the Cathedral, College and St.Cross.
