Folio, 11 1/2" x 15 1/8", each volume approx. 250pp., illustrated with numerous color and black and white full page paltes on glossy stock - the color plates with captioned tissue guards. Green cloth with gilt spine and cover titles, title pages printed in two-color. Wear at the heels, crowns and tips, rub/fade to the spine cloth in places, some peeling/splitting of the paper over the hinges in the volume on walnut hinges intact and sound, rubber stamp of Squire & Harrisson, Madison Avenue, NY on flyleaf and endpage in each volume, with the signature of Harold Squire. Very good, clean, attractive set. Bindings strong, pages unmarked, clean and bright. . Hard. Very Good/No Jacket. Folio.
