Dark blue cloth boards, gilt lettering on red patch to spine, silver coat of arms to front board under grey dustwrapper with black and red lettering. 9.5ins x 7ins, endpapers show maps of Felsteds in 1847 and 1947, 360pp plus 17pp of illustrations. The schools history is discussed chronologically with chapters on each of the headmasters. Appendices include a roll of honour and a list of Felsted school slang words. Dw (now protected) is chipped to top of spine and one corner. VG / G+
