Text block edges have some light soil and foxing. Gift inscription on front free endpaper. Otherwise, the inside pages are clean and unmarked. Dust jacket has some wear to the edges and spine ends. The front panel has some foxing. The spine is faded. A detailed history of the first hundred and fifty years of Guelph, Ontario. Illustrated in black and white. .
