Brown cloth with gilt titles on spine, black titles on front in a horn book outline, crown vignette in gilt. Tissue guarded frontispiece. 486pp including index + 2pp of adverts, with three hundred illustrations. Complete with 3 sample hornbooks of ivory, oak and card in rear pocket. Ex reference library with bookplates on front and rear pastedown, blind stamp on title and advertisment page. Nice and clean inside with occasional marks and tanning to edges, some marking to binding and inner pastedowns. Generally very good inside with good binding. ***Heavy and may require extra overseas postage***
