Translated from the Dutch into English by J.G. Scheuchzer. First published in 1727, this is a reprint done on hand-made paper. A pleasing set of an informative and thorough history of Japan and the East Indies. Light wear and sunning to the spines, volume one with notable foxing and a few namestamps on its endpapers and pastedowns, volumes two and three each with a bookplate and foxing to their endpapers.
