All volumes contain numerous b&w photos.

Dust jackets show only minor signs of wear, e.g. scratch on front cover of Volume 2; small crease on Volume 3. Black cloth-covered boards are in excellent condition; lower corner of Volume 2 is slightly bumped. Pencil price mark on front free endpaper of Volume 1. Pages otherwise clean.
