Illustrated with 12 full page engravings, (includimg a long, folding illustration of Peter Stuyvesant's Army Entering New Amsterdam) and 10 vignettes inserted in the text. Covers are scuffed at edges. Former owner name in light pencil on front free endpaper Hinges lightly cracked, but book appears tight and solid. Humor, Americana
