About This Item
Fredericton: Privately Printed, 1950. Book. Very Good. Stiff Card Wraps. 1st Edition. Large octavo. Baird provided this history of the parish as a means of celebrating the one hundredth anniversary of the area's renowned country fair, while including "many of the unusual and distinctive features that characterize the Parish of Stanley and mark it off from other Parishes and rural communities in the Province." 159 pages, illustrated. A bit of edgewear, crease to top right corner of front cover, light cover soil, mildly sunned edges. Internally tight and clean, and all in all a nice copy of an increasingly scarce title..
