New York: Haskell House, 1966. Book. Very Good. Hardcover. Reprint. Green cloth with gilt lettering on the spine. Light spotting to top edge of page block. Couple of tiny spots to the fore-edge. Several pages bumped at the bottom edge. Overall, a nice copy. Facsimile reprint of Fauriel's 1860 work (English translation) on the history of literature, language, and poetry in the South of France. Translated to English from the original French by G.J. Adler, and as the lengthy subtitle states: With Occasional Notes and References to the Authorities Cited or Alluded to in the Volume, Specimens of Verses in the Original, and an Introduction to the Literature of the History of Provencal Poetry. [xl] 496 pages..
