D., made into this book by Helen Bruneau Van Vichten at the Philosopher Press, which is in Wausau, Wisconsin, for Van Vechten & Ellis, finished the twenty-seventh of September, nineteen hundred and two ; the decorative embellishments designed by Frank Hazenplug, the edition limited to three hundred copies ....
