Bruxelles: Impression Anastaltique: Culture et civilisation, 1968. Later printing. Boards. Near Fine. Later printing. Four volumes, uniformly bound. 4to. 305 x 225 mm. Faux leather paper over boards with thin red leather spine labels gilt. Presents nicely on the shelf. Printed on modern "laid" paper (chain lines visible when held to the light).

Vol I: [8], 511, [1-errata] pages + 4 leaves of plates.
Vol II: [4], 501 pages + 3 leaves of plates.
Vol III: [4], 520 pages.
Vol IV: [4], 558 pages. Boards. A facsimile of the first edition which was printed in London A. Millar in the Strand, 1756-57. This facsimile edition is nice, with text roughly 14 x 20 cm and ample margins for taking notes if the reader so desires. Volume reprint dates are 1967 and 1968.
