Hardcover with dustjacket, first printing as stated on copyright page, book is in excellent condition, the former owner's initials on the first blank page is the only remarkable flaw, the binding is tight and clean and the contents ae fine, the white jacket shows moderate tanning and has a few edge-chips, the jacket is clean and presentable and a professional (removable) mylar cover is included, "The history of this unusual institution was compiled by its first headmaster and covers the period until his retirement in 1958," includes a comprehensive appendix, "The copious illustrations range from the famous mural by N. C. Wyeth in the school dining room, to drawings by faculty and students, and a generous sampling of school photographs"; ; 424 pages .
