Mild wear to spine ends and corners, faint stain to bottom corner tips of first few leaves, else fine, folding map with short tears to first fold, not affecting image.
A very early and significant history of San Jose and the Santa Clara Valley - described by Cowan as "historically valuable." 7 appendices tabulate various historic legal concerns, including Colonial governors, land grants, boundaries, laws and regulations, etc. Rarely found in this condition.
