All four volumes 1867. Illustrated with portraits and a folding map14.5" x 11.5" "A Bird's Eye View of the Siege of Antwerp". An excellent set, very tight, clean and unmarked with crisp tissue guards in place, solid top edge gilt and crisp undamaged folding map. Light toning to some spines and slight darkening and minor chips at edges of paper labels. A handsome set and very good plus to near fine. Very attractive. SCARCE COMPLETE IN THE FIRST EDITION particularly in this excellent condition. ".
