London: Weidenfeld and Nicolson, 1972.. 4to. 639 pp. illus. Very good in gray cloth with good dust jacket. Dust jacket price-clipped, has peeling mylar exterior, tear on front cover at lower right edge, and is frayed at top and bottom edges on both sides. Only signs of use on book itself are very slight bumping to spine bottom and light wear to front and back cover bottom edges, as well as mild dusting/yellowing of page edges.
Synopsis
WALTER LAQUEUR chairs the research council for the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, D.C., and he is the founding editor of the Journal of Contemporary History. The author of more than twenty-five works of European and Jewish history, he lives in Washington, D.C.
