Cambridge: Printed by R.D. for John Williams, 1648.. Second edition, folio, (viii), 189, 200-394, 435-510 pp, the pagination rather eccentric. Engraved second title, later bookplate of Major Arthur Yeatman-Biggs, edges of the endpapers and a rear blank a little worn. Contemporary calf, spine with a later label and gilt rules, some scuffing and wear, top of the spine with a small hole but the binding entirely sound. First published 1642. Wing F2444.
