Advertising booklet features care tips for the Wear-Ever branded aluminum cookware, as well as recipes using the same. Includes cooking charts for various fruits and vegetables with preparation instructions and cook times. Margaret Mitchell (pictured in pamphlet), director of the test kitchen at Wear-Ever Cooking Utensil Company worked to develop utensils suitable for the electric range. Homemakers were troubled by their electric bills after installing their new electric ranges - Mitchell studied the sizes, shapes, and capacities of the utensils being used in households and deduced from her investigation that utensils for electric ranges should have straight sides and perfectly flat bottoms. Illustrated throughout featuring vivid silver colored paper. Covers lightly rubbed, and lightly folded.
