CD1 - A first edition (stated) hardcover book SIGNED by author with "All the best" written on the title page in very good condition in very good dust jacket that is mylar protected. Dust jacket has some wrinkling and crease on the edges and corners, dust jacket and book have some bumped corners and lower spine, some light discoloration and shelf wear. This book, with over 200 historic photographs of Kerrville and Kerr County, Texas, offers a unique glimpse into the story of our community from the turn of the last century forward. These rare and often never published images each tell a story about life here. Joe Herring, Jr. has spent several decades collecting items that tell about the history of our community. This book allows him to share some of the Kerrville photographs he loves with others. This book is an attempt to preserve these images from Kerrville's past for future citizens of our community, and also for those, like Herring, "who wonder about places we cannot visit, people we cannot meet, and a time we never knew." 11.25"x9". Satisfaction Guaranteed. A workbench is a table used by woodworkers to hold workpieces while they are worked by other tools. There are many styles of woodworking benches, each reflecting the type of work to be done or the craftsman's way of working. Most benches have two features in common: they are heavy and rigid enough to keep still while the wood is being worked, and there is some method for holding the work in place at a comfortable position and height so that the worker is free to use both hands on the tools. The main thing that distinguishes benches is the way in which the work is held in place. Most benches have more than one way to do this, depending on the operation being performed.. Signed by Author. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
