First edition, first impression. 182pp. In blue cloth-covered boards with gilt titles on spine. 8vo. Boards a little rubbed and rounded at edges. Text block edges a little darkened. Moderate page toning throughout, with library label pasted onto the front paste down (no other library markings). In its original dust jacket, worn and chipped at edges, with minor loss at spine tips and corners, some creasing. Dust jacket now protected in an archival quality Mylar wrapper, fitted without the use of tape or adhesives. A hard to find volume. A detached and scholarly examination of homosexuality in its historical and religious contexts, beginning with consideration of Sodom and other considerations of homosexuality in the Bible.
