Classic text features Montana artist Bob Scriver's award-winning Rodeo Series of sculpture, a collection of bronze masterful sculptures which pays tribute to the rodeo cowboys and individual events of the rodeo sport. The sculptures were cast by Scriver at his foundry in Montana, using the ancient Cere Perdue (Lost Wax) investment casting process. Includes a short biography of Bob Scriver by Douglas Petty. 96 pgs. Illustrated, including full-page color photographs by Asger Mikklesen of the 32 Rodeo Series sculptures. Signed by Bob Scriver on the half-title page. Gilt spine. Dustjacket has a few tiny closed edge tears, two of which are taped on the inside, and some rubbing/chipping to spine edges; rear dustjacket has a small tear near the edge. In mylar.
