Full red cloth, recently professionally rebacked with orig. backstrip laid down. viii, 104 pp., 4 pp. ads. Two additional publisher's ads tipped in. With [12] coloured illustrations. Binder's ticket of Josiah Westly, London to rear pastedown. Cloth is soiled and rubbed, wear to corners, chafing to extremities, damp staining to lower fore edge of rear board. Pencil crayon ownership markings to ffep. Ex libris of Joseph Widener to verso of ffep with some offsetting to recto of frontispiece. "A satire on the administration of the Commander-in-Chief's office under the Duke of Wellington." [British Museum Catalogue].
