Very good in original quarter red leather with black speckled cloth (ads for "Books on Rural Sports" on front and rear pastedowns, confirming this is original binding). Professional repair to spine ends and to small loss at midpoint of spine. Interior clean and unmarked, with tiny London bookseller label at bottom of rear pastedown. With five steel-engraved plates. An excellent copy of a scarce title.
