Hardcover with dust jacket. Unclipped DJ designed by Clifford and Rosemary Ellis in protective sleeve in very good condition with a few small dents to front cover. Green cloth binding with gilt lettering to spine in very good condition with a few small tape marks where previous owner tapes cover to boards. Inside in very good condition. A nice copy.
