Minneapolis: The Housekeeper Publishing Company, 1894. HB. Brown pebbled cloth, black lettering and decorative border front cover and spine, 8vo, 759 pp. Owners name rear endpaper, several blank pages used for notes, pages somewhat tanned, one page torn lower corner affecting text, but torn piece present. Covers show scuffing and edge wear, front and rear hinges cracked and binding somewhat loose but holding. Book condition Good.
