In good plus orange boards, with humorous illustration of flats in black to front. The covers have slight wobble at front due to small crack to hinge; shelf-cocked; quite clean with sunned edges. Unmarked grey end papers with black illustrations. Top cut edge tinted dark brown; the fore and tail edges are lightly tanned. Very good clean and firmly bound text block with humorous monochrome drawings throughout. Without dedications etc. No jacket.

Binding cracked at front and occasionally inside. Occasional page discolouration. Many of the issues faced by flat dwellers in this volume are still relevant.
