About This Item
New York, New York: Crescent Books, 1981. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. Over 110 illustrations, 93 in color. The work is a carefully structured course designed to provide a detailed introduction to figurative art. Based on the same principles used in leading art schools, the text offers advice on analysis of the human form. Book itself has brown covers with gold lettering on the spine and front cover. Book has a couple of slight dings along the spine. Dust jacket is protected in an archival quality Brodart cover. A little tearing along the spine at top and at spot of ding. All in all, a quite nice copy with no underlining, no highlighting, no bookplates, no owner names, no markings, not a remainder, not ex-libras.
