New York: David McKay Co., 1953 This Is An Ex Library Book Which Has A Book Plate "This Volume Is One Of A Collection Of 350 Books About The United States Of America Presented By Carnegie Corporation Of New York 1957. Various Library Annotations (Calgary Public Library) And Stamps, Seals, Etc., Including Some Light Adhesive Residue On The Red Buckram Boards Which Have Silver Lettering. Pages Have Slight Age Toning And Seem Softened By Heavy Use, Although The Boards Have Just Slight Rub. Contains Three Diagrams. Unable To Determine If These Were The Original Boards Or If This Was A Library Rebind. There Were Both Paperback And Hard Back Versions Of The Mckay Edition. Introduction By Fred C. Kelly Describes The Book's History. It Is Based On A Deposition Made By Orville Wright In 1920 For A [Failed] Court Case Over Patent Infringement And Was Misplaced In The Library Of Congress For Some Years.
