Condition: The folder holding everything is worn and lightly soiled with a tear and creasing at the top of the spine, and another at the bottom of the spine. There is light toning to a few of the stapled pages of stories and information. All the photos are in fine condition except one of Debbie Reynolds which has a center crease- printed error, not folded.
