Signed with a dedication by the artist to the ffep "For John [Ryder] Haarlem 12th April 1967. Sem" [Sem Hartz]. Inspired by the tenth anniversary of The Declaration of Human Rights. Five portraits by Sem Hartz. Following the introduction, the book is in five sections:- The British Line of Descent; The American declarations; Some Views of Legal Philosophers; The Development in France and on The European Continent and The Evolution of International Law. Book in very good condition. A little very light rubbing to corners. Internally very clean and bright.
