About This Item

This is a very good hardcover with dust jacket. 1986 MacMillan Publishing. This copy is crisp and clean inside and out. The pages are still crisp, clean, with no markings seen. The binding is tight and straight. Black hardcover boards with gray quarter trim under jacket are also very good with barely a hint of shelf wear. The dust jacket is remarkably clean and still shiny, also with only very light shelf wear. Royal octavo book size or 6.5" x 10" with 293 pages.

The Hungry Moon by Ramsey Campbell is another classic horror installment from one of the genres masters. On the shores of northern England, in the shadow of a missile base, the town of Moonwell falls victim to its bloody Druid legacy. American-born Diana comes to teach at the school and finds a sleepy tourist town. But, quickly as the mist rolls in from the moors someone named Godwin arrives and suddenly the town is divided. An evil Druid moon god who is trapped in a cave grows in strength waiting for its revenge. The novel is a frightening journey into the world of human imagination where evil dots the landscape.
