Dark gray cloth with gilt lettering and elaborate gilt designs on front cover, gilt lettering on spine, 8vo, 120 pp., patterned end papers. "Efter forfatterens dd udgivet af E. Kr. Johnsen." Collection of writings by Hoyme [1847-1902], Norwegian Lutheran clergyman. Hoyme graduated from Augsburg Seminary in 1873 and served as pastor at Duluth, Menominie, and from 1876-1902 at Eau Claire, Wisconsin. He served as the president of the United Norwegian Lutheran Church of America from 1890 to 1902. No marks in book, binding tight. Covers clean with minor rubbing to spine lettering. Text in Norwegian. Book condition VG.
