About This Item
New York: Harcourt, Brace and Company, 1956. 1st edition. Cloth. Very Good-/Very Good. Stated first edition. A Very Good copy in Very Good dust jacket. 4to., chiefly illustrated. Yellow cloth in white, illustrated dust jacket. The dust jacket, priced at $2.75, is lightly soiled, with, regrettably, its rear flap has been cut away. Yellow boards are soiled, with the spine's foot and tail with bumping and rubbed through. Front hinge cracking, but firm. A Very Good - copy (essentially a placeholder), in Very Good, and extremely scarce, dust jacket. The dj is now protected in a mylar sleeve.
