New York: Delacorte, 1968. 1st. Hardcover. Fine/near fine. Bound in the publisher's original red cloth, spine stamped in gilt with minor shelf wear to head and heel and light foxing to top edge. Spine of dust jacket is sunned and extremities show some signs of wear, otherwise fine without tears.
