NY: Morrow, 1976. First Edition . Hardcover. Dust Jacket Included. Very good in a very good dust jacket. The book is somewhat soiled on the top edge of the page block, and the spine is cocked. The jacket has tape repairs at the edges of the spine and is somewhat soiled, especially on the unprinted side. $8.95 price present on front flap. Inscribed by the author on the front endpaper: "To Ida & Leonard, Old friends from the days when we were all hoping to be a lot richer by now. You made it but I'm still trying. Warmest regards, Bill Scott and/or Weldon Hill".
