First edition of this promotional cookbook issued by the Alaska Pacific Salmon Corporation to promote canned salmon as a means by which to increase iodine in consumer’s diets, and reduce the incidence of goiter. The beautiful artwork includes illustrations of salmon souffle, scalloped salmon, salmon-stuffed tomatoes, and of course the beloved Creole salmon tartelettes.
