New York: Random House, (1937). First edition. Satirical political musical with score by Richard Rodgers and lyrics by Lorenz Hart. Illustrated with photographs from the original staged production. Hinges a little darkened, otherwise near fine in somewhat edgeworn, price-clipped dust jacket with spine ends rubbed and nicked (affecting "Kaufman" at head of spine), rubbing and short tears to edges, and shallow 1" chip from bottom edge, rear panel. Still, a bright dust jacket; illustrated with a photo of George M. Cohan in the role of Roosevelt on front.
