SIGNED on page preceding title page. Very good in blue cloth binding with full-color cover art by John Held on paper affixed to the front. Corners bumped and light rubbing to the edges; back cover has two scratches and a white mark near the bottom; light offset to back pastedown, but inside otherwise clean. No dust jacket.
