Very Good Condition/Very Good. dust jacket is foxed on the rear panel and has a couple of short closed tears. offset tanning of the half title page, and of the rear end page. Top edge tinted pale red, traces of spotting to the front edge of the text block. Internally clean, no annotations double page map of London in the reign of George I, illustrated with 135 black-and-white plates, chosen by Ruth C. Wright. The illustrations have been selected with scholarly care both for their relation to the text and for their intrinsic interest. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. XII, 209, [3] pages.
