Delta Publications Associates, 1979. Originally a paperback, this book has been rebound as a hardcover. There are staples holes in the gutter of each page where the pages were once stapled to a paperback binding. No creases, writing or underlining. This edition contains more than 300 black-and-white photographs with short descriptions, 84 pages. A follow-up edition by the same author (published in 1981) that features these photographs plus an additional 300 b&w photographs, is listed separately.. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket As Issued. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
