In this book, Hawking presents a series of seven lectures that cover such topics as; black holes, string theory, the expanding universe, origin and fate of the universe, and the direction of time. The book is liberally illustrated with photographs taken by NASA's Hubble Space Telescope. Includes an index and list of photo credits. A fine copy but for a brief note in the top corner of the title page on the purchase by a previous owner.
